Erotic sites do not consider themselves pornography, they are art. While that can be debated, it is hard to debate how classy Met-art is. Their archive of content is larger than most sites and it doesn't hurt that they are almost 10 years old. Like I described before the content is artistic but it is still erotic. They still portrait sexuality just not in a pornographic manner. The only reason I can come up with is that they simply don't have to, in order to get by.
